How do I book a vehicle?
You can book your premium transfer online (24 hours before your intended pickup time), or you can call us (24 hours 7 days a week) on
1800 ROYALE (1800 769 253).
At Sydney International Airport, travellers are also able to book a limousine transfer directly from one of our reservation desks, conveniently located at arrivals gate A/B and arrivals gate C/D.
How do I pay for my vehicle?
Royale use PayPal for vehicle payment. When booking online, Royale does not request either your name or email address. These values will be retrieved from PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to undertake online payment.
Do I need to print out my receipt?
You will be emailed details of your booking. You will need to print this out. Otherwise note down the invoice number.

Can you pickup passengers from multiple flights for the same booking?
No, we only deal with one flight number per booking.
